I bought this chair 3-4 years ago and it was great. The seat is still taught but this new one is sagging already. Very disappointed. I haven't had it a month.
TL;DR: Chair is good price is good needs taller back for people over 6' the headrest digs into my shoulders mine came with a torn mesh seat. The Good: I was hunting for an ergonomic chair but I didn't want to shell out for an Aeron. I did a lot of research and landed on this on sale for $160 shipped with free returns if it wasn't the right fit. It's comfortable gives me support makes my back straight and offers lumbar + headrest. I really think it's a bargain. Build quality is about what you'd expect for something in this price range but I was pleasantly surprised all around. The Bad: I'm 6'2"- this chair sucks for me. My wife likes it but the headrest even at the maximum setting is MUCH too low. It needs to be another 3+ inches. The headrest has a plastic edge and it digs into my shoulder/trap muscles. It's pretty uncomfortable. I don't hate it but it's definitely not going to be a long-term solution for me and probably won't for you if you're 6-feet or more. Mine came with a giant rip on the side of the mesh so beware quality control may correlate to the budget price. Sadly I returned mine but I honestly think it would have been a good choice if I was shorter.
I am a physical therapist and this is a great chair for ergonomics. However I was given the wrong color but already opened it so I will live with this color instead of the black.
I am happy with my office chair purchase. It is adjustable and comfortable. I purchased it to be able to sit comfortably during zoom meetings. I did not add the headrest. Happy with purchase.
