I bought a second chair for use at my church for people who have back issues. People who could not sit for more than 10-15 minutes are now able to sit for the entire service!!

Terrible Chair

First the headrest did not fit. Pushed my head forward and was very uncomfortable. The there was a form cushion that fell off. Next the chair continues to sink to the floor. I have only had it for four months. I am a senior and it is very hard on my knees because I have to continually be fining the height. I sink to the floor almost below the height of the desk. Now I am dealing with the warranty. Sent the wrong size part. There is NO sticker on the chair explaining model number. This whole thing has been a mess.

Very comfortable and works but be ready that while putting it together some screws don't fit properly and might need to muscle it in there. So far so good
