Hydraulic broke in 8 months

Bought this in December and now in August the hydraulic raise/lower slowly sinks as I sit. It is very frustrating. I do not recommend this product

Arrived quickly; easy to put together; you can customize the chair in a zillion ways to fit your unique needs; and it looks great. It looks and feels and behaves like a much more expensive chair

Ordered on line and my store delivered it for free. Assembly was no problem. It is very adjustable and comfortable. Love the lumbar support. Glad I made the purchase. The chairman I got slides a little so I should have purchased a deeper pile size.

Instructions were super clear a lot of thought was put into the hardware (color-coated screws and labels on the bag). The chair is attractive and comfortable.

This chair works for me. It's strong and comfortable. I sit most of the day so I'm stiff when I get up this is the reason I bought the chair a trade off from my recliner.!

This chair is light comfortable and feels great for my back. After a year of working at home this is something I should have done at the beginning. Don't be fooled by the reasonable price!
