Bought this in December and now in August the hydraulic raise/lower slowly sinks as I sit. It is very frustrating. I do not recommend this product

I previously bought a Hyken mesh chair and had it for 3 years without issues (and sold it when I moved). I've had this new one for maybe a month. Day 1 the left arm rest broke. It's taken 20 days to get a replacement when I was told 5-7. On the same day I got the arm rest the mesh seat caved in. Customer support is professional friendly and quick to answer the phones. However I have no faith in the long-term viability of this chair.

Ordered on line and my store delivered it for free. Assembly was no problem. It is very adjustable and comfortable. Love the lumbar support. Glad I made the purchase. The chairman I got slides a little so I should have purchased a deeper pile size.
