The neck rest was lodged in my shoulder-blades. It's designed for someone 5'4 at the most. Removed the headrest (which was a big part of why i bought it) and I can actually sit in it at least. But that's after the first one showed up broken and they sent two replacements

I sit for prolonged periods since I work remotely from home & was experiencing back pain. I bought this chair & its been terrific. I love it! It's extremely comfortable & my back pain is gone. I highly recommend it.

Thank goodness I had someone who could help put this together. She made it look like a snap but this is not easy for an older lady to put together. Everything seems to be good guality and it was delivered quickly.
