Like that imbedded lumbar “bar” can move up or down to desired position. The chair was easy to assemble. Comfortable seating. I’m 5’10” and spouse 5’8”. Worked well for both of us. So we bought a second one!

Wheels came apart the first day. had to use wheels from old chair because these wheels are inferior. Also head rest is awkward. removed headrest and discarded. Disappointing

This is my second Hyken. I was researching Herman Miller chairs (whatever the fancy ones are) and people kept talking about this chair as a reasonably priced alternative so I ordered one for myself. Loved it so much I ordered one for my wife. It’s a fantastic chair. I put 8-10 hours in it each day and it works. It’s comfortable enforces good posture I’m no longer aching at the end of the day. Will buy another some day.
