Overall good except it’s difficult to tighten both screws in head rest. Once I tighten one side the other side doesn’t work.

Very comfortable. Reclining. Adjustable height. Great low back support. Head rest will tilt but unable to move it up or down. I recommend this chair.

Far exceeded expectations! Great adjustments make the chair fantastic for work. Mesh fabric keeps my body cool. Can work at desk much longer no tiredness. Winner winner winner.
