Please don't discontinue this item! We love it in our office! I liked mine so much I got a red one for my home office before the pandemic started and I never regretted it!

The urethane foam inserted in the front of the seat easily comes out and breaks.

Very comfortable chair. I would have given a 5 star if the head rest were adjustable. I just removed it and chair is much more comfy for my height. It was very easy to assemble as well.
