When I finally realized it was time to move on I checked several different places before deciding on this one. Once she sat on the store display chair we knew this was it. Since it was such a great idea I also bought the black one for myself. We are very happy with our choices.

Not good for long term

Although I found this chair comfortable for the first few months it began to sag to the point where I have back pain every time after sitting in it. I am around 150lb so I don't think this should happen. Would not recommend.

Good but one big flaw.

The chair is ergonomic and comfortable. It's easy to put together as well. My only complaint which is a major complaint is that the headrest is entirely too low. I've extended it all the way and it's more of a neck-rest than a headrest. I'm not a huge guy either. I'm 6ft so I'm definitely on the taller side; however in my opinion the headrest being this low is unacceptable.
