I am very happy with this chair. I have had lower back and sciatica issues the last 2 years and this feels great for my back! The only thing I wish it had was tension control for the reclining function.

A good value and a pretty comfortable chair. Assembly was easy.

Was easy to assembly (took about 20 minutes) and so far is comfortable and everything works as it should. My wife needed a chair with a shallower seat as our other executive type chair was too deep for her at 5'-2". This one fits her much better. Hopefully it holds up for years to come!

Summary: Excellent ergonomic office chair at a value price. The Red/Maroon model looks nice and stylish. Relatively easy to assemble much easier with two people to hold and stabilize while assembling the heavier parts of the chair but does not require special tools. Comfortable and adjustable for ergonomic support - only thing I couldn't figure out was how to rotate the arms. The lumbar support doesn't lock easily in place but still supports the back well.

So comfortable for my back. The size of the chair is great for short people. Love the head rest and being able to recline when I need to relax and stretch.

I've bought many chairs from staples for the office and this is my favorite. It's the only one that doesn't hurt my tail bone.
