I bought this chair about a week ago and am enjoying it much more than the imitation leather one that I replaced. Assembly was fairly easy and my local staples had it in stock.

This FlexFit Hyken Mesh chair is well constructed and feels great. I'm an author and this chair allows me to sit for long stretches of time without any back fatigue or seat discomfort. I highly recommend this chair.

Great support for back and neck

Provides great lumbar and neck support at a great price. Only improvement I would suggest is to make the tilt tension tighter for more resistance.

One year in and it can't hold 185lbs

It is just about one year since I bought this and for the last month I occasionally am sitting on the plastic below the mesh. I only weigh 185lbs. I had found one of these at the curb that someone else was throwing away a few years back and though lots of things were wrong with it from age the mesh held me just fine for four years. I ended up getting a replacement because the arm pads were extremely worn and falling apart. When I got the new one I noticed that the mesh looked like it was half as heavy as before but I just trusted the company. They skimped on the weight of the mesh and it shows. I am going to contact them and see what they will do but the product isn't worth buying if this is what the chair is now-a-days.

I stumbled upon this chair in the main entrance when stopped at my local Staples and thought I’d try it out. I fell in love with it immediately. I work 10-12 hour days in front of a computer remotely and have tried multiple office chairs and seat cushions to no avail. This chair feels great on the lumbar spine and bum and I highly recommend it. I was also impressed with the packaging of each individual piece in the box you can tell right away it was not your average chair.
