For Short People Only

The average American Man is 5'9". I'm 5'10". The Headrest on this chair when raised as high as it goes hits me right between the shoulder blades. Not the back of my head not my neck the headrest lands between my should blades. If I had to guess I would say it's 4" to 5" too low so if you're over 5'5" you may need to leave the headrest off or it will dig into your shoulders. That said if you are shorter than 5'5" you may find it just right. Note to Staples - please put the "Made In" information on each product - I can only assume this product was made overseas where people are much shorter.

feels a little flimsy - and the neck support is too short even at the highest adjustment.

Great 2nd chair- first one has an issue with the arm screws. Love this chair though.
