I've had this about a month and thus far I'm very happy with it. I was struggling with lower back and wrist/elbow pain while at the desk all day. The lumbar support and adjustable elbow rests have really helped. I will say the head rest is pretty low/short (hits my upper back but isn't a deal breaker plus it's removable) and it's a narrower seat. I'm 6' and 185 lb and it's right on the line for me. If any bigger than that you might want to look for another option.

It is super comfortable I love the head/neck support. I haven't needed to adjust the settings much but what I had to do was easy. Putting it together was a bit challenging several of the screws would get stuck about halfway. After taking them out and restarting I had the same issue but I was able to finish them with a drill. Other than that very easy to put together.

Good chair comfortable but the hydraulics are cheap. Have two of these chairs in my household and both of them had had the hydraulics fail within a year of purchase.. People using them are under 200 lbs so its not weight related.. for the price would not recommend the chair.
