Cushion too thin for a 205 lb man

This chair is excellent, except the cushion was uncomfortable. The cushion bottoms out. The chair says up to 275 lb… well I’m a 205 lb man, 6 ft 0.” Maybe my chair was part of a defective lot? When I returned the chair to Staples, they put it out on the sales floor near another supposedly identical Hyken Pro. I went back and forth between that Hyken Pro and the one I returned. The other one had a better cushion which did not bottom out when I pushed on it with the same force.
This chair is adjustable and comfortable enough until I get out of it. It is an unequalled static generator. Even sitting down for a few seconds results in a sharp zap after I stand up. Annoying enough lower this chair's rating to 3 stars.
Great chair! It is very supportive and well built. It was easy to assemble. I really like the mesh seat. I usually don't care about the head rest, but this one does feel good! I highly recommend this chair!
This is a wonderful rugged chair, just not for me.

I weigh in at 275 pounds at 6 feet and I thought this chair and price was perfect for me. To totally need this chair you need to be about 400 to 500 pounds and be over 6 foot 5. It was just way too much for me.
The chair is fine, but if you are a taller person (6 feet or higher) the headrest is basically useless. Even at the highest setting it rests at one's shoulders. I took it off. The chair is comfortable otherwise.
At this price point, this is a very nice chair, after using it daily for over a month. Assembly is easy enough like most chairs. The Hex key required to put it together is included. It requires few steps and it's documented, with well organized hardware.
The seat cushion is a molded, dense foam. The back is all mesh, which I want, with a pronounced, and adjustable lumbar support. The headrest provides some adjustment. The recline angle can be locked in at a preferred angle, and of course it has pneumatic height adjustments. Also the angle of the seat cushion has three settings. The height of the armrests is adjustable and they can also swivel a bit.
It’s a decent chair for the money, however you get what you pay for. The ergonomics are fair. It’s comfortable. I wish it had adjustable (front and back movement) arm support. If you have a budget for a chair, I would say at least double or triple it. You we will be spending hours a day using it. It’s okay for me because I use it casually after work. This isn’t a work chair.
