This a a good chair the only complaint is the tension on the tilt. The tilt is either full on where you feel you're going over backward or off where you're stuck straight up and down. There should be some adjustment. I also replaced the short hard plastic wheels with roller blade wheels to help protect my hardwood floors. Other than the 2 issues above this was a good purchase in an office chair.

So far my son seems to be happy with the chair. It's pretty comfortable. It doesn't go as low as he expected but I think his desk is just too low. We're now waiting for the floor mat to complete the setup. Overall I would totally recommend it.

In general the chair is very comfortable but for people a little big taller like 5’11 and up high of the neck is a little bit shorter to put your neck. The rest is all good.

Squeaky and leaky after under a year

My chair recently started creaking a lot when I turn in it so I set it back to take a look and see if I needed to tighten anything. Slid down the telescopic cover for the base and under it was absolutely caked in a slick black substance. Avoid.

The chair was defective the lumbar support would not stay in place. I had to return it before 14 days beware.

The chair is easy to assemble but I also meet the problem of not lying down due to the short distance between the back and the bottom of the chair. Make sure to leave some room between them.
