This is the second one of these chairs I have purchased. I purchased the first one 9 years ago and wore it out. It is still usable but the cylinder will lower at random times. I work from home and average between 40 and 50 hours per week. It’sa good chair.

I will say this chair feels great very easy to assemble and truly happy with this purchase. You must go staples to try this chair out to see if it works for you. I tried to buy another chair online without going to try the chair out only to return it due to the chair not meeting my needs build quality

Great chair. I wanted a mesh chair because I would stick to my last chair and ended up putting a towel over it. This chair is sturdy well constructed.

Chair is fine casters are not

The chair itself is fine — assembled smoothly and is reasonably comfortable. The casters are cheap plastic that didn't work from the start they rolled okay with no weigh in the chair but never worked properly with any weight in the chair at all. Once I bought a replacement set I became much more satisfied with the chair. Just buyer beware on that part.

I purchased this chair to replace a Union and scale Dexley mesh chair. The Dexley mesh was good but the base cracked after 2.5 years. The company agreed to replace the part it is on backorder. That said it is on order and I purchased a new chair and am quite happy. I will use the repaired chair as a backup. Union and scale will support you on parts for 7 years. No need to buy the extended Asurion warranty. IMO
