Caused me pain in back and hips

I'm averaged sized and I thought this chair was comfortable at first but after taking to work and sitting for hours, my back started hurting and I realized the lumbar was too aggressive which made my back feel bruised. I adjusted it to be less up against by back but not much better. I had to remove the back cushion all together and bend the plastic band so it wan't up against the back of the chair. It seemed better but days later my hips started aching like they were bruised and I realized the sides were too rough and not cushioned pressing against my hips. I don't recommend this chair for anyone large or for any long sitting time. It is well made but not soft.

This is a big heavy chair. Good cause I'm a big guy at 325 lbs. Cushion seems comfortable with ample resistance. Back has a good bit of resistance and I do not feel as if it will let me fall backwards with the slightest pressure. When I lean back the lumbar support seems to ride up my back but I expect that would be the case for any chair (first one I have ever owned with a lumbar support.) The arm rest seem to adjust horizontally way too easy with the slightest bump of the button. I'll get used to it I'm sure. Over all first thoughts is that it is a solid chair and I will enjoy it.

Bought this chair during a sale campaign and it didn’t disappoint! It’s comfortable per its height guidance with the cool design. Why 4 then? It’s due to the neck rest; I can’t lock its position. I often have to adjust it when I sit on the chair.
