Was super excited... for poor quality

I was so excited to receive this chair after reading some of the great reviews; however I am significantly disappointed in the quality and will be returning. I received the chair today and it was either used or just really poor craftsmanship; it has scuff marks and chipped metal on various pieces. Some of the screw holes are misaligned with other parts of the chair making it impossible to secure different parts (e.g. I can only put 2/3 screws to secure the armrests to the chair despite 4 different attempts). Extremely disappointed and now I'm on the hunt for another chair...

It's not so easy to assemble if you're doing it by yourself but once you're done and using it it's comfortable for sitting long periods.

This chair is perfect for me. I'm 5'6 tall and when I sit my legs hang comfortably. I suffer from lower back and neck pain and this chair supports both nicely.

Missing the fifth star as the lumbar support is a bit too loose. It tends to drift down but is easily moved back up.

Great chair large enough. Time will tell how it holds up as an office chair. Glad I have it though!
