The chair in the store was comfortable and just my size; try one first. I am 5'11 and 205lb. If you're a bigger in the middle other chairs are wider. Union and Scale made a chair that is solid and easy for most folks to put together. There is a lot of twisting with the Allen wrench but that is the most difficult work. Everything is CLEARLY explained and the screws are color coded in separate packets. So open one packet at a time for easy install. Very happy I spent the money. I bought it 1/2 off on Pres Day sale.

after all these years suffering with back pain using an old fashioned sectarial chair the relative comfort of this product is wonderful. It won't resolve my spinal issues makes sitting at my computer 75% better. Ilove it.

We got this chair on sale and for the sale price it's a great chair!! The seat is very comfortable as well as the headrest. You can lean back and relax in it as well. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because the seat could be about an inch wider.

Was super excited... for poor quality

I was so excited to receive this chair after reading some of the great reviews; however I am significantly disappointed in the quality and will be returning. I received the chair today and it was either used or just really poor craftsmanship; it has scuff marks and chipped metal on various pieces. Some of the screw holes are misaligned with other parts of the chair making it impossible to secure different parts (e.g. I can only put 2/3 screws to secure the armrests to the chair despite 4 different attempts). Extremely disappointed and now I'm on the hunt for another chair...

It's not so easy to assemble if you're doing it by yourself but once you're done and using it it's comfortable for sitting long periods.
