Very Comfortable and Great Support!!

I purchased this chair for my home office. Chose mainly this chair because it seemed to be the best fit to help with my lower back and the price was not bad either. I sit at my computer for long spans and since I've had this chair it really has supported my lower back. It's also very comfortable. It even tilts back and has adjustable arms. Highly recommended!
I have significant issues with neck and shoulder strain made worse by hours at the computer each day. My previous desk chair was contributing to the problem as it was only adjustable by height. After attending a class addressing ergonomics I tried to find a chair that could improve my posture--one with more settings and spine friendly features. This is it! And it didn't cost a fortune. My only problem now is that my entire family wants to use it! It is now much less tiring to work at my computer.
Waited to buy on sale. Would not pay full price for this chair. The headrest is uncomfortable and stiff. The mesh seat hurts if it touches bare skin. The back leans back but you cannot lock it in to the exact position you want and seat does not tilt. The armrests do not adjust low enough to fit under the desk and I cannot sit close enough to be comfortable without banging the armrests against the front of desk. I really wanted to like this chair but I cannot get comfortable in it at all.
The chair is well constructed. I would change three things to make it "perfect" for me. 1) The headrest if attached is not height adjustable. It should be height adjustable. It is too low for my head so I am leaving it off the chair. 2) The seating surface is not expandable toward the front of the chair. I have long legs. Were there to be an adjustment to extend the length of the seat cushion it would make sitting on the chair for an extended period much more comfortable. 3) The instructions call for tightening down the screws every week. I suggest using LockTite or a similar product on the screws after the chair's positions have been optimized so that the screws stay in place.
