An excellent chair at a very reasonable price. My wife has been using it for more than a week now and it has relieved the problems she was having sitting at her desk for hours at a time.

Comfortable and good lumbar support

WE recently purchased the Staples Hyken Technical mesh task chair black as the price was a special and lower than another chair with good lumbar support. The chair was delivered in good condition and was easy to set up by my son. He is using the chair and is very pleased with it. It enables him to adjust the chair to provide good lumbar support when he is working at his desk with his computer as well as with any writing tasks. At the same time he is able to lean back with good support to read a book in a more comfortable position especially with the headrest. One improvement would be to lift the arms of the chair to enable him to slide under the desk in a more comfortable manner. I recommend the chair for any student out there

I spend a lot of time at my computer and this is by far the most comfortable chair I have used over the years. And to top all that it was very affordable! Thanks Staples for a great product.

Staples Hyken Chair Review Good & Bad

I am happy with the Hyken office chair that I purchased from Staples. It is comfortable and has good ergo features that are easily adjustable. The down side of the chair was in the assembly. the instructions were ok but there was a workmanship defect that added a couple hours to the assembly. When the back was molded plastic got in the nuts that are molded into it. I had to chase the threads with a tool to clean out the threads before the bolts would start. came close to returning the chair due to this problem. Manufacturer is aware of this problem because you could see where they had cleaned out some of the plastic around the holes. they need to actually clean the threads out to remove the problem.

I love this new office chair that we bought at Staples. I did not put the headrest on the chair. The lumbar support is great and I love all the ways the chair can be adjusted. The mesh fabric makes the chair cooler also. Overall this is a great chair and I am very happy with the purchase. I also go it on sale and that made it even better!!!
