It is a nice chair .... however .... the description online indicates it will support a 250 lb. person but the instruction indicate and the warning label on the chair indicate 225 lbs.
This and other type mesh chairs are simply the copy of the original mesh much more expensive chair by Herman Miller. Because I am 6ft tall I would of liked more thigh room and taller back I had to remove the head rest as it's no use for someone my height they should of had an adjustable head rest for taller people. I am not experiencing squeeky sounds like some people have posted. Most likely going to buy the more expensive brands as I use the chair a lot as I work from home a lot.
I have finally found a comfortable desk chair. I have chronic lower back problems and find sitting for long periods of time causes pain. This chair allows me to sit longer (plus it stays cooler than my leather chair)
I have had the chair for a couple weeks and sit in it for 7+ hours per day and my back never tires or hurts; the support is great. The chair adjusts in height and rocks if you want. Great purchase and well worth the money.
This chair at first looks like a copy of the Vaterra chair model Staples used to carry. Upon sitting in it you notice right away that it's narrower less supportive and the headrest sits on the shoulderblades. I'm 6'2" 215lbs. I purchased this chair because the controls on the Vaterra model I had stopped working and needed a replacement. This is the only model remotely close to it that staples had. After having a mesh chair I won't go back so i settled for this one. This chair is adequate at best. As everything feels so constrictingi really have to adjust to get somewhat comfortable. I've had an issue where the frame around the back that snaps in and I assume helps holds the mesh in has come off on the right side within the first month. The good points on this chair are in the wheels and the armrests. They use the nice quiet and smooth gliding wheels and the armrests are comfortable and the only improvement over the Vaterra model. After having it this long I'm stuck with it until Staples comes out with a better version hopefully soon.
