Amazing Chair

This is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever owned - large enough seat for the men in the office but with great back support so you don't feel lost. Head rest is flexible and adjustable. The arm rest height is easily adjustable as is the overall chair height. I like a very high seat and this comes up far enough for me. I definitely recommend this chair.

Purchased this chair as a gift for my husband got Chrstmas. I was totally unsure of what chair to purchase him. He presently was using a leather chair and is was quite worn and with constantly banging it against his desk it was quite torn also. I was a bit overwhelmed going into Staples because there was such a large selection to choose from and a big difference in prices as well. After literally sitting in all of them even the leather ones I kept going back to the Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair. It is by far the most comfortable office chair that I have ever sat it and most importantly my husband loves it!!

This is a very comfortable chair for those long hours behind the desk. The webbing of the seat and back keeps you cool while the frame provides lumbar and back support. The chair comes with an optional headrest that provides additional comfort and support while reading a computer screen or those large manuals.

I love the looks and give it five stars for comfort but quality control seems to be a problem. The first one the seating mesh started coming out on one side. On the second one the head rest screw on one side would not go in properly and just spun around with out going in. Rather than turn the second one in the store kindly allowed me to take the back off the first one and and put in onto the second one. I did not relish putting together a complete third chair. I really hope this one holds up as I really do like the chair both for comfort and looks. Fortunately it has a three year warranty according to their website.

Good solid chair need 1 improvement

Shipping: The chair was shipped in it's own OEM box. The shipper probably threw it around and one of the painted legs was severely scratched. Kept it because it doesn't affect the function of the chair. Chair: The chair was easy to assemble with good instructions. The mesh back and seat are both supportive and comfortable. Only been using it for less than 1 month so not sure how it will hold up over the long-term. Negative: The only negative I can find is the adjustability of the neck support function. There is no up and down adjustment just tilt forward and backward. So depend on your body shape you may not find the right position for your neck.

Assembly is simple and intuitive; the chair is perfect providing good support in the lower back. Excellent buy!
