Headrest broke inside of 2 months

I like the chair I prefer the mesh seat/back. There aren't that many configuration for comfort (Upright and recline) it would be nice to be able to set a recline distance but I chalk that up to the cost/value. I did NOT expect the headrest to snap inside of 2 months of ownership. I'm trying to get in touch to see if I can get a replacement headrest

Chair construction is good easy to assemble and will be an OK solution with many adjustments to make it fit my needs. The headrest is the only questionable item and I plan to remove needs more ways to adjust.

Coming from one of those poorly made gaming chairs this is so much better for long periods of desk work. My posture has gotten better and the breathability is excellent so my back doesn't get sweaty.

Chair was available for instore pick up. Very comfortable supports lower back and rolls great on tile flooring We found the headrest a bit uncomfortable so we opted not to install it.

I love this chair. Now that I have had it two months I can give it a better review now than if I reviewed it after one week. I love the chair. I can lean back . And be very comfortable without thinking that I am going to fall backwards.
