This chair is to narrow for a larger body. The frame for the seat portion cuts in torwards the back and hits my hip bones .. I'm returning this chair..

Best Chair Ever

I just purchased my second chair and plan to buy a third...computer desk home office and sewingmachine. This chair provides the perfect support for the lower back and neck. I haven't found any chair that is as comfortable for hours at a time. I give this two thumbs up!

Both my wife and I totally hate your above chair and would like to give it back to Staples. This chair is quite small and cramped for a person that is taller than 5ft 9in. I am just over 6ft tall and the head-rest cannot be adjusted higher than the top of my shoulder blades. This is because the back of your chair has no adjustment! How comfortable is that!? Didn't anyone check? Very Very Dissatisfied. julian emanuel

NEW CHAIR REVIEW

We bought two of these chairs one for each of our desks. Very comfortable chairs with excellent back support which we both needed. Adjustable arm rests are great for our differing heights and the tiltback feature is likewise a good feature for differing requirements. The assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The mesh seating is very supportive and doesn't appear to allow any stretching. The chais roll very easily on the desk pads but are a bit difficult on the caarpet. Overall we are very satisified.

The item was damaged during shipping and Staples was less than helpful in getting the item replaced. Will not be purchasing online at all from them again.

Comfortable But Headrest Too Low

I was looking for an ergonomic home office chair that I could sit in for hours at a time. I really liked this mesh chair. It was the most comfortable one I tried within the $150 - $250 price range and an excellent value compared to similar chairs. That said I may have to return it since my shoulders touch the headrest when sitting upright and I'm only average height at 5'9". If I slouch somewhat I fit in the chair better but the headrest acts more like a neck rest causing me neck pain. Therefore I wouldn't recommend this chair if you're taller than 5'6" since the headrest lacks sufficient height adjustability... such a shame because everything else about this chair is wonderful. Pros: Easy to assemble (use a tool kit instead of the included allen wrench) Comfortable mesh Good value Cons: Headrest doesn't have sufficient height adjustment capability - not recommended if you're taller than 5'6"
