Chairs failing

After less than one year the hydraulic cylinders are failing. Most of the staff have removed the headrests because they are to low and not adjustable. Tried going online to talk with a representative but they passed me off to a phone number. Called the phone number they gave me and was told it wasn't the correct department and they passed me off to "Customer Service". After numerous transfers they will send replacement parts!

Very Comfortable

It fits my petite body perfectly I love the mesh back and seat being in the desert it gets very warm here and the mesh provides airflow to keep me cool.The added headrest is great when I need to take a break and rest my neck. The adjustable armrests are an added perk sometimes I like the ability to change the height when I have been at the computer for a number of hours. This was the only chair I could find that provided a mesh seat and back. It was also affordable.

Narrow Seat Hurts

The seat on this chair is so uncomfortable I'm already shopping for a replacement chair. The steel frame on the seat of this chair is too narrow. After only a few weeks the seat mesh stretched slightly so every time I sit down in the chair both hip bones hurt because they rub again the steel frame. I am 5'10" and 180 lbs so not huge but seat is still too small. Tried using a 2" foam pad on the seat but metal seat frame is still too hard. This chair could be perfect if it came with a nice thick high-density seat cushion that would not bottom-out.

We bought 5 of these for each person in the office. We all are happy with the back support & comfort of these chairs

Not too impressed. At first in the store it seemed to be a good chair for the price but on getting it home and sitting in it the rubbery/plastic mesh irritated my legs (if wearing shorts) and my hip began to hurt after prolonged use. I will say that the local Staples store was VERY accommodating in me returning the chair completely assembled for a full refund.

Nice Chair easy to build.. my only comment would be that for a larger person it is a bit snug inbetween the arms. Other than that great comfortable chair.
