Comfortable Work Seat

Very comfortable design. Mesh material is quite comfortable unless you're wearing shorts. Being on the tall side I would like the headrest to be about 1" higher because it hits my shoulders. I could simply remove the headrest though since I can't picture myself taking a nap in the chair. (The headrest is fine in the reclined position.) Over all I am very happy with the purchase and my gel arm pads fit on it perfectly.

The seat just isn't made for anybody over 6 foot. The headrest was one of the reasons for the purchase but it digs right into your shoulders. There's no way around it. That's unless you don't add the headrest. You have to slouch to fit into it. The chair is very easy to assemble out of the box and it is not a bad chair. But the breathable mesh is uncomfortable just lounging in it's rubbery the chair's not made for sitting relaxed at home in. The seat is a bit small should measure comfortably 2 feet each way for a good sit surface. The single fact that if you are shorter than 6 foot makes the chair a better fit for anyone. I give it 3 stars cause like I said it isn't a bad chair. Pretty good product in my opinion even though it did not quite fit to me the way I wanted it to.

great chair more comfortable then most of the $400 one I sat in. Only complaint is non adjustable headrest I'm 6'1" and it presses into my back. I would still recommend although they should have made this adjustable.

I LOVE THIS CHAIR!! With back problems my old memory foam-seat chair was a killer! I logged in to your website and looked for chairs that were suitable for people who have to sit for long periods of time (I am a bookkeeper!) This chair popped up . . . and better yet it was on sale for 1/2 price! A co-worker assembled it for me and I was hesitant--there's no cushion in the seat! Then I sat in it. I'm sold! It's just "soft" enough to be comfortable but firm for the lower back support I need. Now everyone wants to borrow my chair! Hopefully we'll find it on sale again soon and can buy several!!

Much improvement over my leather chair as far as coolness. The head rest is more suited for a person 5'4" to 5'8". I am 6' and it hits me in the shoulder. Unfortunately there is minimal adjustment on the head rest for height. So Mr. designer-product engineer please make an effort to expand the adjustability of the head rest. Which will expand your market. I suspect many will have rejected the chair for this reason. Otherwise on a 1 to 10 this is a 7. Chaz

Fits my petite body size

I may sound like the princess & the pea here but normally office chairs overwhelm me or leave me sore since they’re built for bodies that are taller than mine. My Hyken Tech Mesh Task Chair has support exactly where I need (NOT in the middle of my shoulder blades like the rest nor does the head rest push my head foreword & down). I will order one again if they’re still being made when it’s time to replace mine.
