Pretty easy assembly smooth rolling casters. The chair itself is quite comfortable although it may need just a bit more back support.

I replaced a much more expensive chair that had reached "end of life". The Hykenchair is as comfortable and seems to give me the same back support as the old chair for about half the price. A good product that does the job.

This is my third chair from Staples and by far the best!. I absolutely love the mesh!. I love how breathable the chair is!. Especially long days at the office. My back and bottom tend to get sweaty over time. I also love the headrest on this chair!. I recommend this chair to everyone!.

This is one of the comfortable office chairs I have ever sat in love the mesh makes it much cooler and cant beat the price!
