This sitting aparatis includes the best positions for any chair. The back leans independently from the base and features the right amount of lumbar support. The back also locks into different reclining positions to suit what ever mood you're in. The head rest is a nice touch for someone with an aching neck.

Packaging

I really like the product but the way it was packaged has lot to be asked. It is my 5th or 6th order from Staples and every single one was terribly packaged. Thankfully the chair wasn't damaged. I'd suggest for someone in your company to examine the way the shipment is done packaging in particular. In the past I had couple of ordered items damaged however the headache involved in returning it was not worth the effort.
