I will echo what everyone else said. This is a really nice chair. Very comfortable and awesome back/posture support. I also love the fact that the arm rests are adjustable providing great support while I type. I also love the head rest (it is a bit adjustable). Took me about 1/2 hour to put together - pretty much 6 steps screws and allen wrench provided. Hardest part was snapping the wheels into base.

Only had for about a week but so far my back is already feeling much better. There is so many support options and ways to customize them - impressed so far.

the mesh bottom doesnt feel good to sit in after a while and lumbar support could be more supportive
