Comfortable but a stiff seat. I like the ability to adjust the chair but when working at a computer all day the seat feels uncomfortable.

I am real happy with this chair. It has lumbar suport and I love that you have the option of it being able to tilt back or lock into a straight up position or lock into a reclined position! Also love that it is made of mesh so it breathes. Two other people in my office tried mine and then each bought one! A nice looking chair also!

These chairs are up to the task

Very comfortable breathable and adjustable work chairs. Good lumbar support. Rolls when you want it to and stops when you get there. Yes the neck rest is removable which is important for the very short (5'2") and the very tall (6'2") in the office.

NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD LIKE THESE CHAIRS OVER THE NICE COMFY LEATHER ONES BUT THIS ONE IS BLOWING MY MIND. i DO THE BOOKKEEPING AND SIT IN THE CHAIR ALL DAY EVERY DAY AND I NEVER FEEL AND SORENESS OR PAIN. IT'S ALMOST LIKE YOUR WEIGHTLESS. WITH THE OTHER CHAIRS I USED TO GET LOTS OF PAIN BY THE END OF EACH DAY. RECOMMENDED TO ALL WHO SIT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

Love these chairs!

We bought two of the Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Chairs for our work room. They are cool and very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. We chose to assemble them ourselves which was easy to do. Chair adjustments for individual preference are simple.

I needed an office chair that rises to desk level tilts back but locks in position and is not hot to sit in. This chair fit all my needs and was on sale. The seat is not as comfortable as one I have at home but I only use it for a few hours at a time so that is not an issue for me. I am happy with my purchase.
