Good lumbar support!

This chair has really good lumbar support which is rare to find in a lower priced chair. The chair has a padded "bump" behind the mesh in the lower back region of the chair back which eliminates the need for that extra pillow on your chair. The head rest is a good bonus but isn't really needed since I shouldn't be napping at work (but I do like it)! The arm rests are good and adjustable which helps my shoulders stay upright. The back of the chair (not the base) tilts back which is also a bonus. It was pretty easy to assemble. The mesh is okay I would prefer more padding in the seat. I wonder if the mesh will last over years. My only complaint is the mesh but will see how it holds up over time. I got this chair on sale for $100 off which feels like a fair value for the price. My old chair lasted for a decade so hopefully this one will too. It's a good chair if you want lumbar support.
Overall the chair is very narrow and does not have room to move around. This is my biggest problem with the chair. Now I know this is not a Herman Miller chair like the one I have at work that is extremely comfortable. This chair becomes rather uncomfortable sitting and working for hours at a time. I plan on taking it back and trying another chair.
This chair is well made and I can tell that it should last a very long time. But the details in the description weren't very good...as I was looking forward to using the head/neck rest it unfortunately doesn't work unless you are a shorter person. For me it sticks out into my shoulders and is very uncomfortable. We removed it all together so I could use the chair.
This is my first mesh chair and I like it. It is actually softer than the conventional padded chair that it replaced. I would have given it 5 stars if the headrest were adjustable up and down. The head rest tilts but does not move up and down. An odd thing about a mesh chair is that you can see through it. So if you're looking for your slippers and they're behind the chair you can see them.
It is a good product. It's nice to give support to my back and allow me to recline when need to rest. The only issue is it squeaks while reclining back. Also wish the back support can be adjusted for different leg length.
