The mesh is really comfortable. Nice adjustments makes it custom your fit. Head rest is a great plus for longs hours in front of the computer.

Quality constructed but the neck rest is too low.

Pros: Quality made Mesh provides good support and keeps you cool Cons: Neck rest too low. I was very excited about the neck rest but there is very little height adjustment for the neck rest. I am 6 feet tall and when I sit the neck rest hits me in the shoulder region. If I sit low in the chair the neck rest isn't too bad but I fear this bad posture won't serve me well long term! Consequently I have removed the neck rest. Even without the neck rest it's better than my previous chair. I hope to make an adapter in the future to extend the height of the neck rest.

Really great chair supports my back and neck. I've tried several expensive chairs. Finally found the perfect choice with reasonable price tag. Highly recommend.

Chair is great!! Heavy well constructed. Easy to assemble. Comfortable chair. But the head rest is not able to be adjusted up and down. Pushed my head forward so using the chair without the head support.

This chair makes a tangible difference in my posture and provides back support for a comfortable seating for a long working day. The armrest could have been better padded. Overall it is a great buy at a time I needed it the most.
