HEADREST of DISTRESS?

Nothing wrong with the chair in general as office chairs to. It does not give off the scent of being a quality product but rather one that was designed to sell at a low price - which it did! Feels like cheap plastic. Not very comfortable but then . . . if you're working at your computer the discomfort of the chair forces you to take a break from time to time. That's good! However that headrest is a killer for me. Guess I'm the wrong height for the two (2) headrest positions. Neither position is of use to me and I've removed the headrest completely. I'll give it a generous 3-star for now and keep the chair for awhile. Advice: Spend a few dollars more and get the value you pay for. Cheap price translates into cheap quality in my mind.

I bought one of these chairs a year ago but am sorry that my first chair kept going down and I tried to fix but had no success. I had to discard it and bought a second chair. I would never by insurance on a chair. Ridiculous.

I bought this chair for my husband was easy to ensemble and very comfortable staples have an excellent service and the free shipping to my home was the best deal ever. I recommend this product to everybody that is searching for a comfortable and fresh office chair.
