Comfortable good support. Back was not tall enough for me and the head rest was uncomfortable. Gave it to my wife she likes it with the head rest removed.

This is a great multi use chair. Its a great deal for the price with all the different configurations it can be used in. It can be used as a basic chair seat back and bottom only. You can add the arm rests if you like and or the head rest. Make the chair for what suits your needs. I currently use it with the arm rests removed. Also it reclines which is a great feature it also has and you can lock it in a reclined position if you want to. It has the features of a high end top of the line chair but at a fraction of the cost. As long as the mesh does not sag it will be a great chair. Very comfortable so far!!!!

I was having severe lower back problems with my old executive chair. This thing changed everything My back feels great lumbar pad hits the right spot and the head rest is adjustable and fits me at 6'0" 195lbs. It has all the benefits of the older mesh chairs. I liked it so much in my office that I bought one for my home office desk too. I hope it lasts.

The BACK is too low. I am just an average 6-foot guy. When I sit straight The head support is about 2 inches below my neck not even close to my head. The head support is the major reason I purchased this chair. Now I have to use without the head support? The back is not adjustable. Very disappointed.

I have sat in 400-500 dollar mesh chairs at work. Yes those chairs are built sturdier and should last longer. But.....this is a great chair on its own. Really supportive. Comfy. Good amount of adjustments. For my money I don't think there is better chair out there in the below 250 category. So at 125 or similar can't beat it. Looks great too.
