The chair of my dreams

I had a very expensive computer chair for many years. The hydraulic part finally broke and I had to get rid of it. It had been very comfortable but after the hours I had to spend working in it my neck and upper back would scream in pain even with frequent breaks. This FlexFit is different. It’s also very comfortable but in addition it supports every part of my back and neck so I can just float as I do my work. I’ve had it a week and no pain! I love it.

I had been searching for weeks online for an office chair that could help my low back and leg pain. Like many I sit at a desk for 8-10 hours a day and the chair I had was killing me. After researching chairs costing up to $2 000 and more I finally decide to just go to my local Staples and sit… try them out see what happened. So I did. I sat in every chair they had some several times…. But kept coming back to this Hyken. Initially I fell in love with the headrest of all things. I quickly realized I couldn’t have chair without a headrest so that helped narrow things. This chair is so comfortable… and supportive - my back and leg pain has decreased. The waterfall seat edge is amazing and doesn’t put pressure on the back of my legs. The mesh seat and back material is great supportive and comfy. The chair also very easy to assemble - did it completely on my own with only the tool provided. Highly recommend.

I found that the weight of the chair causes a problem with the small width casters on the Staples recommended plastic floor protector! I tried to see if there was ba caster that had more surface to spread out the weight with no results? Other than that ba good chair.

Comfortable chair not made for taller people (I'm 6'2' and headrest hits the top of my shoulders even when fully upright). If headrest was able to adjust further would be 5 stars.

I don’t think I would’ve purchased this if I knew how small & uncomfortable it was actually going to be. I’m only 5’2” 125 lbs. and I feel like it’s too small for me…. can’t imagine what a larger & taller person would think.

This chair provides the mesh ventilated seat I need for extended time on the computer. The not so good news is that the assembly was very arduous. While the screw/ screw holes alignment was mostly good the mount for the head rest was off a significant amount. The problem was corrected by elongating the mounting holes. The mounting screws were a very tight fit! I hope they were planned that way so that they would not come loose!
