Comfortable and No Flame Retardant

This chair feels even more comfortable than some $300+ chairs. The head set is very useful. Most importantly it does not contain the irritating flame retardant! This is very important if you want to use at home. It seems that Staples has well followed the new flame retardant regulation and cares about user's health. I ordered another one after testing the first one for only 2 hours.

Great chair and easy to assemble

I thought I would have to wait until Black Friday for a good sale. This chair is sturdy and comfortable. The headrest is awesome. I consider that a bonus. Assembly probably takes 30 minutes and I'm a lady.

The padding in my old office chair had become matted down and it was making me slouch while working at my desk. The new Hyken chair doesn't need padding to make me comfortable sitting for hours and it naturally makes my posture better.

Good design - some faults

A much more comfortable chair than many especially for taller people. The neck rest works well for me at 6' tall. However two issues - the piston failed at about 15 months and the chair is difficult to clean. Mesh allows dust and pet hair to gather in hard to clean places. Get the extended warranty to deal with the piston. Good value when on sale.

At 5'11'' I am too tall for this chair

This is possibly a good chair for someone under 5'8". I am three inches taller. The head rest rubs against my shoulders. The seat is not long enough to reach the back of my knees. It's 3-4 inches short. These are real problems for someone a little over average height or a man particularly in a chair that advertises its comfort.

Excellent task chair

Got for my home office. Great support - hits my back and head just right (5'6" female). Easy to put together. Seat is pretty firm. I have to put something over the seat if I'm going to wear shorts due to mesh not comfortable directly on skin. Like that tilt can be either set or loose.
