Got it during 2016 black friday. I got it cus it looked decent and with fairly positive review. The chair is comfortable but only problem is the neck rest. I am 6'1'' and the neck rest actually hits on my upper back than my head. I do try to adjust it but still it'll be not on my neck when I sit up straight. I took the neck rest out but I would've find a cheaper option.

Great Comfy Chair!!

My husband and my son love this chair. They play computer games a lot and kept getting hot in the old chair so I found this chair on sale on black Friday the best buy so far. You can sleep in this chair because of how far it goes back and it is heavy. It's made great.

delivery was very fast . They put box inside my house Im 86. Directions were perfect! Allen wrench screws very difficult to turn for me...but in one hour I was sitting on it..I love it...I would give it Five Stars....

This is an extremely comfortable and sturdy desk chair. The only "con" is the difficulty of assembly. The directions are clear and the parts are appropriately marked; however the weight and necessary positioning of the parts makes it a real task worthy of some time on the floor as you manipulate the parts and Allen wrench them into position. Other than that it's a good buy and an excellent product.

I found this easy to assemble other than the wheels were challenging for me to push on (with a bad wrist). Spent 7 hrs straight at my desk yesterday in the Hyken chair and was non the worse for it. That's great with my back and low spine issues. So far it's great. I appreciate something other than a black chair as my office space is an extension of my living room. The black/red does the trick for me. Would like to see black/white produced - if I ever need to replace this one.
