Overall very good. I am a tall man so I am unable to use the head rest as it hits me between the shoulders. It provides better lumbar support than my previous chair. If I bought a new chair I would probably buy one with a solid bottom as this bottom sinks a bit due to my height and weight 6' 3" 250lbs I think it's a perfect chair for 5'5 - 5'11' people that are anything less than super obese. In reality it's a 3 star chair for me but would be 4-5 stars for that body type.
My fiance is 6 feet and 5 inches tall so finding the right chair for him can be a challenge. He also deals with sciatica shoulder and neck pain. He has given this chair my present to him two thumbs up! It's comfortable and he can work at his desk without neck and shoulder pain now and his legs and feet are pretty straight and even. If you are struggling with aches and pain while at the desk it might just be your chair! It's worth every penny to get the right one and this was an awesome deal. Even looks pretty cool!
My wife and I are satisfied with the chair it's comfortable and is all we need for occasional use. What we aren't happy with is that we couldn't get the "head rest" attached...the holes that the screws are supposed to be screwed into are not properly lined up with the holes in the headrest. Poor engineering on this one.
I love the mesh back the lumbar and the headrest and I love the fact that I can rock back when I want to but there are steel bars on each side of the seat and they jab into my hips and thighs. I must admit I sit for hours at a time in front of a computer without any breaks so maybe I need a chair with a better seat. The Hyken Chair leaves me sore all afternoon. I'll look for a cushion I can put on the seat and hope that doesn't mess up the lumbar.
