you get what you pay for

Per other reviews removing the head rest was a great improvement to the chair. I'm not sure of the stature of the person that it would fit but it certainly wasn't mine. It is non-adjustable. The lumbar support is decent and is adjustable.

Comfortable Chair at a Great Price.

This is a good chair for everyday use. Provides decent comfort and has several adjustments which allows you or other users to get an optimal sitting height and angle. Lumbar support is solid and the slightly raised front of the seat aids in keeping your back in contact with it. Assembly was straight forward using the step-by-step pre-packaged hardware. Took about 30 minutes start to finish. Wheels do fit tightly into the sockets use a rubber mallet to seat them into place.

Handsome chair with good back support. Reasonably priced and good service at Staples. Not so for the assembly service which is why I docked a star. I paid for the assembly in the store and once delivered there was no accompanying info nor e-mail to contact the assembly team as instructed After obtaining it from Staples the assembly team there was no knowledge of my order! After speaking to such a rude disinterested unhelpful person I obtained a refund from Staples for the assembly and did it myself. Buyer beware Assembly is outsourced to nefarious people. Not worth going this route.

This is the MOST COMFORTABLE chair I have ever sat in! I have a bad back and the ease of leaning back in this chair is amazing! I'd LOVE to have 4 of these for my kitchen table!
