Great chair I own one and got this one for my wife. Light breathable durable comfortable lumbar support headrest gets compliments from anyone who sits in it.

I've been using this chair for about 2 weeks now. It is very comfortable and stylish in red. I can't comment on assembling it as I paid Staples a small fee to build it. They (Staples in Roseville) did a fantastic job! If you do the same make sure you get the owner's manual because it has the warranty info.

No complaints here at all! Arrived on time as promised and all the parts were there and put it together in less than 30 minutes. Also got a $20 additional discount at Staples after our initial purchase as the Hyken went on sale.
