Very easy to assemble. The parts were clearly labeled and the puctorial instructions were easy t follow. The chsir itself is nice. Comfy and adjustable where it needs to be.

The chair offers great value with a headrest lumbar support solid construction very comfortable arm height adjustment and seat height adjustment. We purchased charcoal gray and it looks great against our grey wood flooring.

Upon sitting in the "sample" chair at Staples I immediately knew this was the chair for my arthritic back -- and especially arthritic neck. I weigh 125 lbs and have a small frame. This chair just fits me. And the seat depth is perfect for my frame. Best of all I can sit relaxed while the chair supports my back and neck.

Took me an hour to put together would take a lot less now that I know how to do it. So comfortable and adjustable. I know people hate the headrest and sometimes leave it off but if you don't screw it in tightly you'll have 2" of give which is all I needed.

I had an older computer chair before this purchase. What a difference this chair made. Very comfortable. Especially like how the back of the chair hits in the small of my back. The headrest is also a nice addition. Very well thought out design.

I was looking for a supportive chair - especially for my lower back and neck and this chair seems like it will be comfortable to sit in for 6-8 hours at a time. It swivels reclines and the neck support can be tilted.
