Recently purchased and happy with the quality. I wish the neck support could be adjusted but overall very good.

So far I really like it. Hopefully I can get a standing desk soon so the time using it will be limited however. The installation was fairly simple. It feels sturdy and I especially like the neck support.

It's a good chair for the sale price. Head rest wasn't necessary. Wish it came in other colors.
