Originally I thought it might not be that comfortable but after a week it really is very comfortable since I use the chair 8 hours a day 5 days week for work. I need to focus and comfortable at my desk this chair fits the bill for a reasonable price. Go Staples

Chair was relatively easy to assemble. The headrest does not sit perfectly straight on the chairback but it is a small offset and does not affect the functionality. My only complaint is that the ;addle controls under the seat seem to be on the opposite side compared to the drawings in the manual.

I love it - it is airy adjusts easily. I am short so adjustments are necessary. The only complaint was putting it together. it is heavy and was hard for me to do by myself. if I had another set of arms it would have been together quicker. once I got it together it has been blissful to work at my desk. no part of my body aches from pressure.

This chair is awesome I have two. I assembled the first one myself.. not too hard. But I let the store assemble the second one I LOVE LOVE this chair. It gives me good lumbar support. And rolls around my office.

Highly recommend the Hyken chairs of which I have 5 because I am so satisfied with them. They are supportive to the back comfortable adjustable & cat friendly ( they try to occupy them first!).
