Pretty easy to put together and did not feel any discomfort in my back or body after sitting in it all day which is different from what I am used to.

Comfortable & supportive

The mesh stays cool while supporting without pressure points. The headrest could be a little more adaptive (curved) to cradle your head but it's still very comfortable to lean back in. I've even fallen asleep in the reclined position.
