Overall a good chair. It looks classy and sits well. The only downside so far is that the head rest does not stay in the up position when placed there.

Staples nailed it with this chair and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. From the ordering process to the 40% discount I couldn't be happier with this chair. That was until it was delivered to my front porch and I brought it in and put it together. My ultimate happiness came from the comfort this chair offered! Thank you Staples you have made me a happy customer!

The employee we bought this for is taller and the headrest is hitting him in the upper shoulder area and the lower neck area. He is not a complainer so he's keeping the chair because he can still lean back and it's useable. He may change his mind later.
