Comfortable keeps you cool. The only thing wrong is that the arms are not width adjustable. The plate which attaches to chair has the adjusting slots cut improperly.

The chair has a seat that is pretty much uncomfortable and too small. I don't recommend this product to any one. I was really surprised to see so may good reviews. If there was a zero star I would have given that to it
