We finally jumped in and made the investment in a Vitamix. After the first month it is easily the most powerful blender have owned. Although the best part is I no longer have to wear ear protection. It's surprisingly quiet and can even have a conversation while in use!
I'm as yet in wonder at how incredible the Vitamix is, genuinely astounding! My smoothies are so really smooth and velvety, will be continuing ahead to greater/better plans soon. I've made number berry, green, espresso smoothies ... the Vitamix is certainly a day to day existence transformer, and it looks phenomenal on the counter, got mine in white, just b/c am a little old design and incline toward white kitchen apparatuses. I've joined a couple Vitamix Facebook gatherings; they share an abundance of data, just wish I would have this monster a couple of years prior, however it's rarely past the point of no return. In case you're riding the fence line whether to enjoy a Vitamix, pull out all the stops, you will not be heartbroken . . . Good health!!!
I already own a Ascent A2300 with all the accessories, but I still keep going back to the 5200. Creamy smoothies every day and smooth hot soups/sauces.
It’s the narrow and the funnel-like jar of the 5200 that’s special.
I really like that the container tapers down smaller at the bottom so it’s easier to make small batches. I’ve been making a lot of plant based salad dressings, mayo, and sour cream. I even made a cashew sauce and cooked it right in the Vitamix.
Pros: Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Power
