Love the 5200

I have two vitamix 5200's. One in my home and one on a sailboat. They have both held up for 10 years plus and the one in my home is a refurbished model. We are whole food plant based eaters so the machines are used daily, sometimes multiple times in a day. No issues and makes the best smoothies.

12 years and going strong

We have had our vitamix for 12 years now, it’s hands down the most used appliance in the house. We use it at least 2x every day (normal everyday use) it’s very versatile, we use it to make smoothies, grinding spices, making soup, ice cream, dog food, dog treats. I came to this site looking for a replacement canister, blade is still good, just have a crack in plastic. I know the price tag is high, but it’s worth it in long run. I’m still amazed at what this thing does, if your on the fence about spending the money, it’s worth every penny. If your looking for longevity and power in one product, this is it.
