I had used a Vitamix before, so I already knew that it would be useful. I used the machine daily -- sometimes more than once -- and I love it. It is easy to clean, works like a dream, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
Pros: Power, Texture Quality, Easy to use, Durability, Other, Versatility
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received one 4 years ago as a wedding gift. Bought the dry grain blender last month. It fits the 5200 and also works great - saved me hours of grinding using a coffee grinder. Definitely worth the money!
Pros: Texture Quality, Easy to use, Versatility

I bought this blender, looking to make eating healthy a little bit easier. I have owned many different blenders in the past (although non have been top of the line) and I wanted to move onto the next step. Since day one, i have been using it 2-3 times a day. Its so easy to clean and use that its not even a second guess to use my vitamix if I want something quick and healthy. I also used the cookbook that came with the blender and so far it has some really good soups to make. Again, making it easier for me to eat how i want to. Best adult investment i have made thus far. A+++
